The product will be shipped to you and a tracking number will be provided for that shipment from a mainstream delivery service or postal service. You have the right to log into your customer portal and modify the quantity of product or unsubscribe from Thin Ice-related mailing lists at any time. Refund/ Return Policy
If at any time within 14 days from the date of the purchase you are not satisfied with the Merchandise for any reason, you may email our Customer Service Department firstname.lastname@example.org. If requesting a refund, the product must be unopened or damaged in any way. All requests for refunds will be handled by customer service and may require a return of unused/ un-opened Merchandise. All products (unused portion) coming back are subject to the restocking fee, 100% refund policy subtract to the restocking fee of 20% or $5 USD whichever is greater, it may also vary on product condition i.e. reusable or unused portion. The Refund may not be available if more than 30 days have passed from the date the customer was billed for the Merchandise. An “RMA” Return Merchandise Authorization number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the Customer Service Department by email. More stipulations to our refund/return policy are as follows:
I. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per Merchandise ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted. https://perkcaffeine.com/ reserves the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in https://perkcaffeine.com/ judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
II. Depending on the bank that issues the credit or debit card you used, your refund can take up to three to five (3-5) business days to appear on your credit or debit card statement. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued by https://perkcaffeine.com/ please email our Customer Service Department at email@example.com.
III: To ensure that your account is correctly noted, you must send back Product returns to the address provided below along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number. If any products are shipped back to us without the corresponding RMA Number, the product will automatically be shipped back to you.

** Please note that we are not responsible for any returned Merchandise that gets lost or stolen while in transit to us. We recommend all returned Merchandise be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. Failure to use the Merchandise does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any associated charges.
All orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. Orders take 3 to 4 business days to be delivered within the continental United States. If you have not received your order within 7 business days from your purchase date, please email our customer service department to request a reshipment of your order. If you entered the wrong address on our order form and we are forced to reship your package, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge equal to your original order. All orders are shipped within 24 hours. All orders made over the weekend will be shipped out the following business day.
For International orders we limit our responsibility to processing and shipping out the orders to the address, specified by the Customer as well as providing them with a valid tracking number. Once the shipment leaves the territory of the US we waive any further liability for the product delivery.
Reversals and Chargebacks
We consider chargebacks and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent use of our services and/or theft of services and as such will be treated. We reserve the right of filing a complaint with the appropriate local and federal authorities to investigate. Be advised that all activity and IP address information is being monitored and that this information may be used in a civil and/or criminal case(s) against a client if there is fraudulent use and or theft of services
